Community Resources
COMMUNITY RESOURCES
Help. Hope. Support.
At Twelve Church, we believe nobody should have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re experiencing a crisis, struggling financially, facing addiction, navigating an unexpected pregnancy, or simply needing someone to talk to, there are organizations in our community ready to help.
We’ve compiled a list of resources serving individuals and families throughout West Pasco County, including New Port Richey, Port Richey, Hudson, Holiday, and surrounding communities.
These organizations are independent of Twelve Church, and services, hours, and availability may change. Please contact each organization directly for assistance.
